I started using Vimeo several years ago for the purpose of converting video content to mp4 and mp3 formats. Vimeo allow people to upload video content free but if you want to sell your content you must pay for the Pro Membership. Video creators who become Pro Members on Vimeo receive a 90% cut of the revenue they earn from selling video content. Vimeo has become a common place for viewers to watch television entertainment.
Vimeo will eventually upload most of their video content to their television application. Soon viewers will browse through the endless video content via the Vimeo application. I believe (and I continue to watch VOD platforms follow lead) just like with Amazon Instant Video, Vimeo will soon become as popular as Amazon Instant Video. Video On Demand is the future of television entertainment.
